Refund policy

At Fragmentum Fragrances, we are committed to providing high-quality fragrance products. Due
to the nature of our products, all sales are final, with limited exceptions outlined below.
1. Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used
products.
All fragrance decants and samples are non-returnable.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• Description of the issue
Once approved, we will offer:
• A replacement, or
• A refund (at our discretion)
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Fragmentum Fragrances is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
4. Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order, contact us as soon as possible,
We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
5. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
• Dislike of scent
• Minor packaging variations
• Delays caused by shipping carriers

6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
